Collective agreements in the wellbeing services county sector

We represent approximately 870 employees in the wellbeing services counties.

Our members are within scope of the general collective agreement for the welfare sector (HYVTES).

Our members are represented in negotiations by the Negotiation Organisation for Public Sector Professionals JUKO, in which we work for fair terms of employment and fair pay in the occupations we represent.

In the wellbeing services counties, our members are organised into several different member organisations. Our largest professional groups are dental hygienists, elderly care professionals and people working in various administrative roles.
