Services that promote employment

Are you unemployed or at risk of unemployment?

We want to support your job seeking and employment in cooperation with other Akava trade unions.

You can participate in the following employment-promoting services provided by Optimum and intended for people with a higher education:

peer support groups
training activities and webinars,
podcasts
joining a sparring group.

Most of the services are aimed at people who are looking for work, but Optimum’s services are open to all those with a higher education who are looking to boost their careers. The participants include job seekers as well as people who are currently employed or studying.

Optimum’s services are included in your membership fee.
