Instructions:
It is best to try to resolve problems related to your employment relationship primarily within your own work community. Bring the matter that is bothering you to the attention of your supervisor or the person responsible for personnel matters at your workplace.
If the matter is not resolved, talk to the shop steward or other employee representative at your workplace about the next steps to take. They are familiar with the local negotiation practices and can join you in discussions with your supervisor.
The union’s experts can help you with issues related to the employment relationship and advise you on how to proceed.
Regarding matters that concern occupational safety and health, please contact the occupational safety and health officer.
